I provide gender affirming and LGBTQ+ therapy for adolescents, teens, and adults. I also provide brainspotting therapy to help my clients find healing from past trauma and relief from day to day stress and anxiety. My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling happier and less stressed, more confident in their relationships, and more confident in who they are.
